I hear that all the time—and honestly, I love it. Because deep down, I know what they’re really saying is:

“I didn’t know how much tension I was carrying… until I felt it melt.”

For a long time, facial massage has been seen as something extra—a luxury, a little fluff at the end of a spa day. But I’ve come to believe it’s so much more than that. Facial massage is not fluff. It’s therapy. It’s release. It’s a quiet, powerful reset your nervous system didn’t know it needed.

A few weeks ago, I was feeling the pressure—tax season, long days, a tight schedule. My skin was breaking out, my jaw ached, and I had a dull, lingering headache that I couldn’t shake.

It wasn’t until I slowed down and gave myself a little face massage—just warm hands, gentle pressure, and stillness—that I felt the shift.
