Forget resolutions. (Seriously, who needs that pressure?) This year, let’s try something different. Let’s focus on how we want to feel. Because when you feel amazing—confident, energized, calm—you show up for life like the superstar you are, with more pep in your step and a sparkle in your eye.

Here’s something I remind my daughters when they ask, “How does this look? Do I look okay?”

"How does it feel? No one is going to remember what you wore, but they’ll remember how you made them feel."

And it’s true. Unless you’re Cher (because, let’s face it, she’s unforgettable), people aren’t going to remember your outfit of the day. What they’ll remember is the confidence you carried, the kindness you showed, and the energy you brought into the room.

So, let me ask you: How do you want to FEEL this year? Let’s make 2025 the year of feeling good—and doing good because of it.
